What area of Austin are you located in?
We are at the edge of the city limits on the far East side, in a high growth development area very close to Circuit of the Americas (COTA F1 race track), the new Tesla site, Austin Bergstrom Airport, and an easy 15-20 minute drive to the heart of downtown.
Do you allow kids or pets?
Yes! We allow people of all ages, and well mannered pets are welcomed here. We know they bring so much joy! There are plenty of outdoor areas for walking and exploring. A dog park and playground are both included in the amenities to be built. Please see our Pet Policy for more specific details including some restrictions.
What’s your WiFi like?
We know how critical WiFi is to daily life, so we happily offer strong consistent high speed WiFi. We also have an upgrade option for private in-rig WiFi or those that need a dedicated connection. Stream, Zoom and Game!
Do you allow long-term monthly stays?
Yes, we do offer many reservation options for your desired length of stay. Short Term Stays are 1 Night up to 2 Months. Long Term Stays are 3+ Months. Contact our Office at 512-222-9475 so we can help answer questions and start the process for you.
Do you have storage onsite?
Not currently but we do plan to add a storage area in the future.
Do you allow Tiny Homes?
Yes, Tiny Homes are allowed so long as they meet the requirements of being wheel/trailer based with quick utility connections, and meet our aesthetic standards.
If you are in the market to purchase a Tiny Home we recommend Volstrukt.
Do you allow Personal Mail or Deliveries?
At this time we are not offering personal mail service. Guests may contact the nearby Post Office to inquire about receiving general delivery mail or a PO Box.
We do allow delivery packages (Amazon, etc).
What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept ACH Bank Transfer, Cash and Credit Card
